My electric window won't go up but it does go down?

I'm just curious but...how do you know it will go down if you can't get it up?

Sounds like the motor is going out on the window.  Usually they'll go down b/c the weight helps it go down, but it wont go up b/c the motor isn't strong enough to push the window back up.

Look into getting the motor replaced before it gets stuck down, don't wanna get drenched when the rain comes!!
