My email confirmation

Question

I received confirmation from facebook to confirm my email address but when I copy and paste to my browser my browser acts like it's not a valid web address...it just sits there. My name is June Black my new email address that I was trying to change it to AND DID RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO is [e-mail]. I think it's a Verizon problem but this is my only email address....what can I do? My old email address which is no longer valid was [e-mail] HELP!!!!!
