My employer applied H1B last Apr07.Picked in lottery,but still not received my I797.Any guidance,on how to go?

When i call the USCIS call centre , they say it's in process. I have been hearing this from last 6-7 months. But no progress. Can anyone help me on how to expedite my processing.
