My employer not give form 16 for 2007-08 to me till 11-07-2008.What can i do?

As per legal position one has to issue form 16 by 31st of may. you should approch them agains .

Nothing to worry

The last date for filing the returns  will definitely going to get

extended from 31st july  atleast by 1 month.

Remember it was extended in last year.also up to sept.

It is about India Taxes.

This is a big problem. As per income tax law, it must be sent by April 30, but majority of employers or deductors don't care as there is no enforcement penalty.
