My employer pays me under the table?

She said this is legal in the state of Ohio because she makes under the state minimum so she does not need to pay out any taxes and either do we. Is this true?

  1. no.check with your state unemployment  office.............


  2. probably not if you make over $600 a yr bec that is the limit the IRS sets for "casual help" ie help for whon no income tax and SS tax is deducted and paid in.
