My energy is totally sapped!?

im a jr in high school, im taking AP bio, Ap us history, honors english, chemistry, and honors trigonometry, i walk home and then get on my computer and do stuff for a couple hours and they i do hw/study and sleep around 2 or 3 in the morning

this is my everyday schedule... sorta

but recently like my energy has been sapped dry, as soon as i get home im tired and after being on the comp like 1 1/2 hours im completely worn out! what should i do guys? how can i gain more energy??? plz help me im desperate

  1. Try some vitamins and some exercises.

    You might have an infection.

  3. you're burning the candle at both ends. you need to slow down.

  4. Change your diet to something much more healthy.

    Foods high in sugar give you a quick rush of energy but it won't be long until you feel flat.
