Depends on what you mean by "wrinkly".  If it had a "hood" on it, then he was probably uncircumcised and the wrinkles came from the f******n.  If it was wrinkly when it was soft, that's pretty normal.

haha, no.  my friend has a really wrinkley p***s, and it looks pretty weird, but not much different then my unwrinkely one.  it doesnt make a difference, dont sweat it.

The p***s grows when erect, obviously there has to be enough skin for an erection--even if circumcision has removed a lot of it.
