Okay so my ex had s*x with this 22 year old guy. Shes only 17. Can I get him in trouble for Statutory rape? I have a conversation saved from me and her talking about it, and she admits to them having s*x.

no you can't. SORRY! I tried that already and I live in the state of Virginia. The lady at the court told me that the only way it's considered as being illegal is if the parents file a complaint with the courts. My case was a little different from yours though because the guy was my HUSBAND!! Anyway, she's an ex and that would mean that she's an ex for a reason. You getting involved would only make situations worse between the 2 of you. If you love her, then you would let her live her life. I know that it's hard or whatever but if you really tried to do something about it and she finds out, it could really cause problems and also cause her to dislike you.
