  1. As far as I know you dont need a dna if you was married????? and on the birth certificate but if unmarried i think it be your only option, go for it and fight for your rights, if she wants to adopt the child out, and you can provide everything the child needs go do it!

    Good luck x

  2. Why wouldn't she let you adopt him. She sounds like an a$$ clown.

  3. Why without a dna test?  I would have thought that if you were desperate enough, that you would want to prove that you were the father, so that you could legally fight this adoption.

If you can prove that this child is yours, there is no way that he can be put up for adoption, without your permission.  Unless she lies and tells the court that she is not in touch with you and cannot find you.

Get a lawyer, but if I were you, I would get that dna test done.

It is also your right to request to have a dna test done, if you feel you are the father.

  4. Are you on the birth certificate?  Do you pay child support?  Then she can't do anything without your consent.  If you are not sure, then get a DNA test.  They can not to do this without you signing too.  Of course, keep in mind, it may mean you get custody without any help from mom.  Are you ready for that?

  6. You should go and speak to your solicitor and also contact social services child and family section and talk to them regarding you son.

if you are in fact the childs father you can put in for full custody and bring him up yourself. If you are on the birth certificate you have lagal rights anyway.

Also speaking out of experience of my husband adopting my daughter, we actually had to get the biological fathers permission because he was on her birth certificate. If you are not on the birth certificate then you want to tell your ex you are putting in for paternity and also inform the social services of what you intend.

  7. oh no who he think he is girl no put a stop to this

  8. Well actually a DNA test will definietly stop this problem. But you won't want one so, I am guessing FIGHT FOR IT! Adoption is not nice and it sucks so just do whatever you can to stop this!!

    GOOD LUCK!!

  9. Nothing proves paternity except DNA testing, unless she admits you are the bio father or names you as the bio father on the Affidavit of Status.    You can register with Paternity Registry in your state to make sure you are kept informed of the legal proceedings.

  10. If you signed the birth certificate then you have rights. otherwise you can still petition the court for custody.

  11. I highly recommend a DNA test.  This should give you the proof you need to contest the adoption.

If it was my child, and I did not want something to happen, I would go through the DNA test without hesitation.  That's just my own point of view though.

    Good luck.

  12. File on the putative father registry in your state.  Get that DNA test.  File a complaint against the agency/attorney through your state CPS.  Start paying child support.  Get an attorney NOW.  File a complaint with the Department of Justice and the FBI.  Tell a newspaper reporter in your town.  Scream it from your lungs that you want to raise your child.

  13. The authorities shoul contact you for your permission make them aware your the dad without your permission it`s illegal.

  14. why is it u asked without a dna test

  15. https://www.antiadoption.org

    https://www.adoptioncrossroads.org

The people at these sites may be able to help you, by telling you what steps to take.

    Fight this. Adoption sucks.

  16. You can not have a child adopted out without the permission of BOTH parents!!

  17. Yes, hook up with the other Dad's that are going through the exact same thing.  You are not alone and you need to take action

  18. You need to register with the Putative Father Registry in your state and you need to get an attorney.  Sue HER for paternity of your son.  This should stop an adoption.

  19. I doubt the court will listen to you without a DNA test. You need to file for a Parentage Determination as soon as possible.

Contact the adoptive parent's lawyer and let him/her know that you believe you are the childs father and you are against the adoption and will fight for your child.

If you plan to stop it, you will most likely have no choice but to get the DNA test.

  20. If you want to stop it then why is there an issue of having a DNA test?

  21. Would you take on parental responsibility for the child if he was yours?  Would you really want custody of him?

If you can seriously say "Yes" then go quickly to a solicitor.  A solicitor can arrange a court order or even help you start to fight for custody.

If she (the Ex) denies that the boy is yours and you believe he is then the Courts will demand a DNA test to assist in resolving the issue.

    You need legal advice.

  22. Wow. thats horrible im sorry to hear that. Sorry i dont no anything though.

  23. You should put your question on the legal website as well, and you might get better legal help.

  24. Yes there Is some thing you can do about It If you're name Is on his birth paper attime of birth then you're ex has to have you're consent to give the child up cause If you have any rights at all and did not give them up then he con't do It and the child would then go to you

  25. Well, if you had custody of the child too, then that might be able to help.  Or if you had a birth certificate.  But why not get a DNA test?  I'm sorry if some people don't like what I'm saying in this and will give it a thumbs down, but I just need more information.

But that's horrible!!! ToT I can't believe someone would do that!  I'm going to pray with all my heart that you win your case!!!

  26. Get a DNA test and fight for your rights if you disagree.

  27. stop your ex doing that,go through dna test and anyway why do you need a dna test to see if its your as if you know you are the father of this child, you have a right take her to bloody court sounds like shes nasty ***** as a mother also shes unfit and l would take it futre action against her.good luck

  28. I would get an DNA test, and is your name on his birth certificate? Also, get a lawyer, if the child is yours then you have parental rights to the child if she is giving him up

  29. Go to http://www.origins-usa.org

Get a family law attorney ASAP.

Ask your parents for help--do whatever you have to!

  30. If the child have your last name and your ex isn't willing to take care of him than u have all the rights over his custody. its recommended for you to have a settle job and place for the child. Why is DNA testing a problem for you?

  31. obcorse you can stop this. but is there any reason why you dont wanna get a DNA test. If your not hiding something then yes get a test and probe it to him.  If you care about your baby and you know you can give him a bright future  then what are you waiting for. fight for him.
