My ex is treating me really bad...advice?

I write notes to my friends in class and while i was passing the note to Mariah, my ex grabbed it and read it ALL. Earlier that day Mariah told me HER boyfriend was being a *****, so in the note i wrote "Is ur bf still being a biiiotch?" and she also told me my ex wanted to go out with me again.

So my ex takes the note and shows it to Mariahs bf. I feel really bad for saying what i said, but it wasnt meant for anyone else. My ex has also called me a skankya$$ ***** and a w***e. He treats me really bad and i havent done anything to him. I feel like crying, i need advice because i can't stop thinking about it.

Consider this a lesson learned.  You're not supposed to be passing notes anyway.  At least the teacher didn't catch it(this time) and make you read it to everyone, as many teachers would.
