My ex owes $10,000 in back child support and now wants to adopt new girlfriends daughter?

will the courts let him even though he can't even pay for his OWN child?? It doesn't seem right that he should take on financial responsibility for someone elses kid and not his own

d**n straight he does not need to be financially responsible for another kid when he cannot take care of his own... Regardless of what the courts say, if he owes you that much already, you definately need to get a lawyer.

Maybe it's time to get him back in court to get it an order to with hold child support from his paychecks and taxes.

contact the child support people where u live, if there is a child support order he has to pay or be in contempt of court.

I've always said, if a man won't do right by his own child, the least he could do is do right by somebody else's child.  It's not fair to your baby, but at least it balances out the universe.  

Besides, even if it can be done legally, the minute they break up, he probably won't want anything to do with her baby.  She'll put him on child support too.
