If you are not getting his tax refunds now, then no.

If the proper paperwork has been filed by your child support agency, you should get it, but it's likely to take up to a few months.

No you won't get his es check...  To get the child support you are owed you must have your atty. file a motion in court.  The judge will then order the amt. he owes you paid.  If he doesn't pay then it's back to court but this time he goes to jail for contempt if he doesn't pay.  He won't want that I can assure you.  If I were you I would ask the judge to garnish his wages and have the support paid through the court system so you will always get it and won't have to depend on him doing the right thing.

I'm not an expert, but my first guess is not, since the tax stimulus is a federal check and child support is regulated by the state you live in.

If I'm wrong, I'd say you'd get it when he's scheduled to get his. Don't get your hopes up though.
