yes he does but you can go to court and ask for full custody and let the judge know that your son is now old enough to decide where he wants to be and he clearly states that he wants to be living with you. my personal opinon at 15 a boy should be living with his dad if it is possible

If he is 15yrs old he does have a say in where he whats to live.The courts will look at both sides and as long as there is nothing that would say you are unfit to raise your son. They may grant you custody. But if he is just visiting you and you do not feel that he is indanger with his mother, yes he has to go home until you talk to the courts.

Yes he does.  At least, he gets to see you it sounds like. When this all gets settled what he wants will be a major factor.
