Question:

My exercise bike isn't reading the pedals when I use it. Anyone know anything about how to fix this problem?

It is a Stamina recumbent bike, R360s. The display works fine, I can cycle through the setting, but it never reads that I am pushing the pedals. I have contacted the company and they replaced a little part that goes on the inside of the bike beside the belt. I replaced the part and put it back exactly where the other had been. It still won't work. Any thoughts from anyone? I'd really like to use my new bike!

Thanks!

  1. I am a 20 year Schwinn Airdyne user.  Sometimes my speedometer (rpm) and odometer go off track.  I have always just replaced all the batteries. Now, I do not know your R360 and this may be a lame suggestion.   Since it is new the dealer should come out with a replacement.  I would if I had a new customer.  I really wish the exercise equipment people would understand the customer's needs.  You deserve more respect as a recent purchaser.
