My exercise routine??

I few a few questions concerning my exercise i started out at 236 and im now at 208 (YES!) but i jog a mile a day and i lift 5 pound and 8 pound weights and do crunches.Few Questions

I dont really have a way to add to my jogging so is one mile a day good and i havent seen any progress in my hips or thighs is that common?
