  1. Give your boss a white envelop, resign.

You will not die if you were to resign from that company.

Is not something very tough to find another job here.

Or try thinking from another angle.

    1. You are someone who can work or your boss can trust.

    2. You are exposed to many supplier / shop, may put to use in future.

    3. Can go shopping during office hour, shiok right?

    4. Last, think of those good things as well.

It will help you to see the whole picture more clearly.

  2. You can always try to find another job, right? Unless you feel there's no other admin jobs out there that pay you as much as you get now..

  3. You can sit him down and say exactly what you have here.  You need to find him when he is in his best of moods, and you need to speak with a firm, even tone, with a gentle smile on your face.  Don't make it sound too sad, nor is it something way too laughable about (keep your smile a simple one).

Here's a sample comment:  "Boss, I need to say this to you.  May I have 10 min of your time.  I'm not complaining, neither am I making you look bad.  Recently, this has been what's happening....  "

At the end of it, pls state your purpose in saying that: "it will help if you ...  at least show some concern that sometimes I am made to haul heavy stuff ... or ask me if there are other options of getting what you want, so I know you respect my opinion, or ...  "  You make it clear what you need from him.

If you keep your tone even and look focused (no distractions nor look away at any time), giving him proper eye contact, you are likely to be listened to, without any defences on his part.

    I hope this helps....
