My extention line on Central phone system did not rings?

My extentention line on kx-ta308 PBX central phone system did not rings but I can dial and call with this line

ok from extension 201 press program, *#1234, then dial 408. then press sp phone til it says somthing like 01 jack 01. the press the fwd button til you get to the extension you want to ring and press the auto answer button to enable it then auto dial button to save it. if you have more than 1 line on your system than press the sp phone so it says 02 jack 01. then follow the previous steps. the jack number is 201=jack 01 and so on

get out the manual and enable the ringer, or turn the Do Not Disturb (DND) off.
