My extract filter on photoshop dissappeared somehow?

when i go to the filter drop list it only shows blur, noise, pixelate, sharpen, stylize, other and convert to smart filters. it doesn have the extract filter and all the other filters. so i clicked convert to smart filters but it doesnt do anything is there some plugin i need to download to get all my filters back? id appreciate if anyone can help.

Try resetting your menus.

Window -> Workspace -> Reset menus
