My eye has felt like something is in it and crawling in it off and on for about a week. ?

I have flushed it out several times, but no luck. There doesn't seem to be anything in it...any ideas?

If the irritation stays in the same spot and will not flush out it is probably a small blister on the underside of the eyelid.  This can be caused by allergies.  Or it can be caused by an ingrown hair.  I know what you mean, it is very annoying.  In my case it was allergies, and it went away after a few weeks.
