My eye is annoying me! What can I do?

its my left eye, its all itchy and i have to rub it and when i rub it sand comes out then my eye gets all teary and more itchy and its really annoying me

Don't rub your eye. Flush your eye will saline solution (or plain water), then use a moisturizing solution or any type of artificial tears. Don't use Visine or Clear Eyes, it can do more harm than good.

first, don't rub it because by rubbing it, you are irritating it more and it will get worst. Also, you can use Clear Eyes (eye drops), that helps me a lot because I have really horrible allergies. I apply about every couple of hours. Good Luck!
