My eye is irritated and red completely?

My eye is irritated and red but it doesnt itch and feels completely fine. Can i put my contacts in for a few a hours(like 3hrs.) if i need to?

yes u can.. but if it feels worse after u put them in.. then u should take it out...

Yes, as long as it is reasonably comfortable.  Do you have feather/down pillows?  I do and if I don't use two pillow cases, the feathers sometimes poke through and irritate my eyes when I am sleeping.
