My eye keeps switching, how do I make it stop?

Eye twitching is common and at some point everyone has had it. The trick is to ignore it and it should go. The fact that we acknowledge it means that it'll get worse.

Do you mean twitching ? If so there is nothing you can do . Just try to ignore it as the more aware of it you are . The worse it appears .

Apply light pressure to the twitchy area with your index finger and hold it for 10 seconds and (for me) this does the trick.

The only time it didn't work was a while back my right eye developed a slight twitch which lasted for 3 weeks!! It was a teeny twitch but I felt like I was winking at everyone.
