My eye keeps twitching?

My left eye has been twitching the whole afternoon and it is driving me crazy!!! I am only 13 too so whats up with that....Iv'e just been home all day hanging out watchoing tv too...how can i get it too stop....I can't go to the doctors now cause my dad just left and now I have to watch my lil bro...ughh it is so annoying!!!

it's just a nerve "jumping" it happens to me all the time when i'm stressed or overly tired.

idk why but it usually just stops afater a while like if i take a nap. it should stop by 2morrow =]

Most muscle twitches are harmless and go away without any treatment.  Too much caffeine and diet deficiency perhaps?

when ur eye twitches, it means u need to eat more potassium. so eat a few bananas or any other foods with lots of potassium in them if u dont like bananas. good luck =]

I have the exact same thing happen to me! dont worry, its nothing serious - this happens when your either tierd / not had much sleep the night before, or if your doing something which exhausts your eyes - i.e i get it when i spend to long on my laptop
