  1. Are you nervous or stressed? That could be causing it.

  5. Usually because of stress.. ;l

  6. Could be a magnesium deficiency.

  7. Try some multi-B vitamins.  A friend of mine is a pharmacist, and when that happened to me, she told me you need B's for an eye twitch.  I took them, and it worked.  B vitamins are water soluble, so they flush out of your system every day.  If you have been under stress or working harder, your B's can get depleted.  This may not be what your eye twitch is about, but it is worth a try since taking extra B cannot hurt you.  Any excess will be removed in urine.

  8. nervous twitch

  9. not ennough sleep?

  10. You may be low on certain vitamins.  Try a good multivitamin and see if that helps.  You don't need anything fancy or expensive, just a regular one-a-day multivitamin.

Also, if you drink a lot of coffee and/or alcohol, ease up on both.  It's possible that may be triggering the twitch.

Eye twitches can also be the result of stress or fatigue.  Get some rest if you need it.

    Good luck!

  11. I worked night shifts for about 5 months. I worked 8pm - 7am for about 5 months, 3 days a week. After a few weeks the twitch started and got progressively worse until it became really really frustrating.

I left the job a few months ago and the twitching subsided, and now its almost completley gone, and only comes now when i'm tired. Everyone I asked including the doctor said its from stress and lack of sleep - But no-one could ever answer WHY exactly this manifests in the eyelid, so i'd be very interested in the answer if anyone can provide one!

  12. That weed starting to get 2 ya

  13. I have had this happen to me and I eventually looked it up online and then finally ended up getting an eye appointment.
