My eye turns red whenever i drink liquid.. what can it be?

and no i do not do any drugs besides smoking... but it happened before i started to smoke or do anything bad...

  1. do you have little cough also ?if then do not take liquids which are cool in nature like milk etc, also take things which are hot in nature like almonds ,walnuts etc
