Ok, its been happening for 2 wks like i said. But it's not my eye, its right under my eye in the area where most people have like bags or whatever. Anyway i can feel it, and when i look in the mirror, its just constant fast pace twitching. I just wanna know what it is lol, and i am near sighted if that means anything, but i dont have glasses yet lol, thanx.

  1. This is known as myokymia and is generally harmless, just annoying. It's known causes are stress, lack of sleep, a possible potassium deficiency, too much caffeine, etc. There really is not a treatment for it and it can last for 3 to 6 months. Some wives-tale type treatments involve remedying the above with more sleep, less caffeine, eat bananas, and one interesting one....drink tonic water as the quinine it helps to calm the eye.

  2. I WANT A TWITCHY EYE!!!! FLIPPIN LUCKY

  3. Eye twitches are usually a signal for your body to slow down. They are usually caused by lack of sleep and/or stress. Even good and fun things can cause lack of sleep and stress, like being on vacation or going to a couple of parties during the weekend. You most likely need to get some extra sleep, make sure you take your vitamins, and get some exercise. Drink pleanty of water and eat some extra fresh fruits and vegetables. So, go to bed early tonight!
