My eye vision is terrible?

hello there, currently im at the age of 15 and my eyesights are sooo terrible, i can hardly see without the aids of glasses.

Ive been using the computer a lot, playing many video games and watching television (which really isnt good or me) So occasionally i go outside for hours to give my eyes a bit of rest. I do feel a bit depressed and do regret for what ive done. Is there any possibility on making your eye sights better? If so, please help. thank you.

Your visual problems are most likely not caused by anything you have done. It is most likely is a matter of inherited vision rather than a cause that you can control. So, there is not way to truly reverse it.

you should just go to an eye doctor and have yourself checked out- your vision isnt something that you should joke around with.

dont look at screens so much- try to illiminate your time by the computer or television- it doesnt just harm your vision!
