My eyebrows stink from glasses why? Does everybody have this happen? ?

At work we need to wear safety glasses and they set right on my eyebrow area, i also break out with pimples sometimes, my boss says i need to keep the safety glasses up against my forehead for safety.

You might sweat in them, which causes pimples.

Wash your face regularly, but keep the glasses on!

I'd rather have pimples then permanent damage to my eyes.

how do you know they smell...? Certanly can't smell mine. Anyway, I think since they sit right below your forehead that you probably sweat a bit from work so thats why you get the pimples. And I don't know what kind of work you do but maybe dust is mixing with your sweat so your eye brows end up smelling funky?

It sounds like the safety glasses are making you perspire. You could try putting a little powder on (careful not to get it in your eyes, of course LOL) to help absorb the sweat. You should wash your face as soon as you can after you take the glasses off.

i didnt know eyebrows could even smell. but i guess it makes sense that the dead skin particles mixed with sweat and dirt collecting at the brim of your glasses could cause a smell. just like anywhere with friction and heat can cause a smell.

i mean, same premise as why your balls smell after a nice long jog...

You need to clean your glasses and your face w/ a toner

or clean your glasses w/ alcohol (not the kind you drink either)

I would just a three step cleaning

Estee Lauder is good or Clinique and wash your face every morning and evening and when you do this clean your glasses but if they won't let you take them home just take some rubbing alcohol to work and clean them

that depends upon your body reaction or if the glasses are made of a material that causes the odor.

wipe them w alcohol before use every day and see how that works

clean your work glasses with a wet one before you use them

they may have oil or could just be dirty..?

wash your face.
