  1. Not sure what clear eyes is, but there is another kind called "Real Tears" or something like that and its basically distilled water in a little dropper or something.

I find I can't wear my contacts for extended periods, because I have naturally dry/irritable eyes from allergies. So maybe wear them when you need them (like recreational activities... where wearing glasses won't work) I do and it keeps the irritation to a minimum.

  2. is your contact inside out?

  3. u might be allergic 2 sumthing in it

  4. It sounds silly, but make sure you don't have an eyelash stuck in your eye. A couple weeks ago, I had the itchiest eye ever, nothing would help, no matter what I put in it. I swore up and down there was nothing in it, and then, I finally flushed my eye out, and there was an eyelash in it. So flush out your eye.

Other than that, maybe your contacts are dirty or scratched. Clean them well, and if that doesn't work, maybe you need new ones.

  5. You should try clear care contact solution, its for dry and itchy eyes, its better than a regular multi purpose solution.  You can get it at your local drug store or walmart.  It comes with a special case that you use because the solution will fizz up like a peroxide, you can't put it in your eye though or it will burn.  You should leave your lenses in the case for at least 6 hours before wearing them.  So it's good for cleaning them over night.  Then just use a saline solution to rinse them before you put them in.

Also talk to your eye doctor about trying different types of lenses.  They should have trial pairs for you to see which fit more comfortably.  Acuvue Oasys has a base curve of 8.4, vice the 8.3 that most contact lenses come in, so they allow your eyes to have more oxygen.  They are a little bit more expensive, but so much more comfortable.  And you can get coupons online, and some doctors will match their prices to ones online, like VisionDirect.com.

Also, how often do you change your contacts?  Every two weeks or longer?  Some are made to last a month before you throw them out and some are for a few weeks, and some are daily disposables.  The contacts might be dirty and irriating your eyes that way, so you might want to change to a fresh pair.
