My eyes are bloodshot and sunburned!!??

Nothing, really. You just have to wait it out, like a regular sunburn. You can try to contact an opthamologist to see if they can give you drops to ease the itchiness, but that's it, really.

Sunglasses are a must , nextime.

you can't exactly do anything, unless you wanna ruin your eyes and put medicine on it.

Yeah, don't do that.

Close your eyes, they might hurt a lot, but when you close your eyes, they get better.

My eyes got bloodshot and sunburned when i went snowboarding. but it gets better after i sleep.
