u should eat food and fruits which contains vitamin C ..

As i earlier had specs but ,when i started eating it  it decreased..

and remember whereever u go please remember to wear ur glasses(specs).. even if u r goin for shopping or roaming wid friends..

vitamin C containing foods-- Fish(the most powerfull container)

                                        Carrot

                                        Milk

and a lot more..

I think you are saying your eyes are getting worse due to the work you do? Make an eye appt. with an optimitrist or an opthamologist and get your eyes re-examined. I work on a computer here and at work and my eyes are definitely changing, have to go see the doc every year now.

you should have a eye exam every year. there are a lot of way to protect your eyes, from glear light and also help you see sharpe and clear and also to make sure there are no other problems behind your eyes
