My eyes are red, and I don't see far things very clearly, what's the problem?

My eyes are read, mostly the whole day, for a month now, I just thought it was because of the exams, but I finished last week and there's no change. What could be the issue, please help, I want to do something before it's too late, I don't feel like wearing glasses right now.

You have an infection, irritation, allergies, or something else.  Your not seeing clearly might have something to do with your not feeling like wearing glasses.
