  1. I recently have had this problem. Your eye is just dried out. It was my right eye too. This is what I did and now my eye isn't red any more. 1) wear your glasses( if you have some) for a day or two to let you eyes relax

    2) Get some re- wetting drops for your eyes. They make them so you can put them into your eyes while your wearing you contacts for extra moisture.

                                  a) I bought Bausch & lomb, Sensitive Eyes rewetting drops

I put them in  a little while before I  put my contacts in then right before I put them in, then if you think you need it again when you contacts are in.

The bottle is small it can fit in your purse and doesn't take up any room at all and then you can use it thought out the day if you need it.

  2. Go to the eye doctor and ask for some eye drops to stop it from becoming red and itchy.

  3. close ur eye then,

hahahah, hey go to the doctor.

    check on it.

  4. Use artificial tear drops to moist your eye or any eye drops..ofcourse you have to take off the contact lenses first before using the drops.

Soak cotton in iced water and close your eyes and put the cotton on top of your eye.

Try to sleep well to rest your eye.

If there is yellow discharge or any other color this mean your eye has an infection so you should go to a doctor to prescribe you an antibiotic.

Avoid wearing your lenses for few days, believe me this is the best way.

  5. stop wearing contacts and if it gets worse still, better consult your doc about what kind of drop best suits you. I dont use contacts but a few of my friends do, they also had the same problem and it could get worse if you dont receive the right treatment. Usually the redness goes away on its own in a couple of days.
