My eyes are worse now, do you think its because ... ?

Question

i just got a whole bunch of viruses at same time (cold, stomach bug and this wierd balance thing) and also started taking higher dosage of estrogen medicine (im turner syndrome and 14 years old)

is it possible for all this to cause my eyes to become worse short-sighted? i wear glasses but lately they dont seem to be working as well as they normally do.

just wanna know if its possible cause my mum says it is and i think i believe her?

Being short sighted is common in Turner syndrome and  i doubt it's anything to do with having virus's or  taking more Estrogen..

Get your mum to take you for an eye test to see if your eyes are worse. Maybe you are just a bit run down because you've been ill and it's temporaraly affected your eyes.......

BTW my daughter has TS she's coming up 12 yr old and started estrogen treatment 5 months ago..

PS do you find that when you get a cold, tummy bug etc you seem far more ill than other girls your age get?? cos my daughter sems to get stuff far worse than others do..
