My eyes get bloodshot easily?

Whenever I get nervous or really tired my eyes get bloodshot and people think I'm on drugs or something but I'm not. I don't wear contacts or glasses, and have perfect vision. My skin is too dark to blush, but my eyes show it all when they get red. Public speaking and stuff, when I'm anxious, makes them red too.

Are there any ways to fix this?

I suggest trying some Visine eye drops. They really help to reduce the redness. If no luck with the drops, I recommend seeing an opthamologist. They most likely have some special treatment to help out people like yourself!

use patanol or zatidor

a lot of over the counter eye drops have an antihistamine and a vasoconstrictor. Vasoconstrictors constrict the blood vessels to reduce the appearance of redness yes but overtime these eye drops can create a rebound redness if you use it too much or for some time if you stop using it.
