In the morning, my eyes ooze out a lot of... stuff that sometimes impairs my vision. Sometimes it's a filmy substance that covers my pupils, so I have to try to blink away the stuff. Usually, I have to carry a tissue with me in order to get rid of the substances, but it's such a bother... Maybe it's my contacts, but since I can't do w/o contacts, can someone please help me out?

  1. I agree with Rose above. I don't think it's an emergency, just an urgency.

You need to see your eye doc.  It could be an infection, allergies or even a blocked tear duct.

Hard to tell over the computer or the telephone.  You need to be seen by the doc.

  2. You have some sort of eye infection.  Go see your doctor immediately.
