My eyes when I'm nervous and people stare?

When I get nervous and I'm talking close to somebody face on and they're staring into my eyes, it's as if my eyes go funny and they can notice it, as it's as if I can't look into both their eyes at once or which eye I should look in so I look normal. Other times when I'm very nervous it's as if my eyes go funny.

Am I the only person in the world that this happens. My eyes are quite big and blue, so I think people notice my eyes more and notice what's going on with them and I feel really self conscious. All I can think of is how I'm looking at them and I look abnormal, so can't wait to get away. When I look in the mirror or at photos my eyes aren't crossed or lazy.

How can I talk to people when I need to be serious and also look normal? Where should I focus my eyes when they're staring into mine? I can't seem to look at their face as a whole. Does this make me sound abnormal?

  1. You are not alone,it's a lazy eye,i've got one,i go cross eyed when i'm drunk.when i'm sobre i focus on one eye,it helps me,try it.

  2. Its because your shy

  3. your eyes naturally go back and forth naturally to focus on the other persons eyes.

with the photos, and mirror problem, look at your self straight in the eyes (in the mirror) and take a picture. if they still look cross eyed, check with a eye doctor to make sure you don't have a lazy eye.
