My face and forearm are darker than da rest of ma body?

My face and forearm are darker than the rest of my body. I think this is because of the sun. I don't use sunscreens. Is there any product that will be effective without side effects or any solution to get my face and forearm back to the color of my body. Thanks

It's because it's exposed daily to the environment. It's perfectly normal.

My body is lighter than my face and arms and I'm a pale person.
