then we met in nepal and got engaed, now i want her to come to india so we can get married her as per law, also so that she can stay here legally as well also if there a faince visa to india??

There has to be a reason. Considering India has good relations with Romania and your girl has/had a  visa to Nepal, the Indians in Kathmandu should have issued one unless and maybe they also require to gets a visa in your  own country, that is Bucharest.Solution=why don't you hop over to Kathmandu, get a visa on arrival and get married. 10 pts.
