My family all wear glasses..I am 14...my vision is perfect..is their anything I can do to prevent me wearing 1

Is their anything I can do to prevent my eyes from going bad? Like take vitamins everyday? My dad is farsighted my mom is farsighted.

Omega oils are beneficial for your eyes, but you really can't prevent the need for glasses.  Eventually, once you hit your 40's, you will need to wear them due to the natural aging process of your eyes

You'll be fine until you get a LOT older, like in your 40s.  My parents and my sister all wear glasses but I have perfect vision.
