My family is in danger (no joke)?

My mom had a friend that she hanged out with. Her Husband is a psychopath he beats his wife and cheated on her. My mom while hanging out with her influenced her to go to clubs and go out more often. As in a result she started having s*x with different guy and basically turn into a prostitute. He already had a long criminal record so my mom friend called the police and he got deported back to his country. While he was deported in his country (mexico) my mom friend had s*x with a couple of guys. The guy she had s*x with (that she go pregnant from). Got hospitalized because her husband beat the living c**p out of him. He got his eye taken out.

A couple months before this he told my mom that her days are counted now he back in the U.S.A and I'm the town. So now im scared as well as my family What i do??

Call the police and get their advice. The Feds (FBI, US Marhals, Secret Service, etc) may get involved since this dude is an alien. If he is not here legally, or if they can prove he has threatened yur family, they may deport him again.

Call the police and file a report about the threats.  Criminal threats can be a felony.  If this guy has a long record, he is probably on probation or parole and he re entered the US illegally.  The cops will be very interested in picking up this guy.

Contact local PD and get a preemptive restraining order issued for that guy. Relate the whole story... but with a little more coherence, meaning fill in your story properly. Produce pictures of him and evidence/witness of beating if possible. You can also get a gun depending on the state laws with the help of PD citing self protection. Citing deportation record might help.

YOU NEED TO CALL IMMIGRATION AND LET THEM KNOW HE IS BACK HERE. IF YOU KNOW WHERE HE IS HE WILL BE ARRESTED AND SERVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS IN PRISON FOR RETURNING AFTER BEING DEPORTED. YOU ALSO NEED TO NOTIFY THE LOCAL POLICE OF THE THREATS . AND GET AN ORDER OF PROTECTION  WHICH WILL INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF PRISON TIME HE WILL GET IF HE VIOLATES THE ORDER. BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN CALL THE POLICE IT IS IN THEIR COMPUTERS THAT HE HAS BEEN DEPORTED ALREADY AND THEY MUST ARREST HIM FOR BEING HERE.
