  1. Aruba is windy...go to Negril, Jamaica, I've been to Negril 3 times and I got my Scuba Diving License there and it is worth it 1 billion percent...I would go back over and over...I've been to Hawaii and Aruba and many other places and none of them even come close to Negril, Jamaica...whatever you do make sure you stay in Negril...it is by far the best place on the island...the two hotels I would recommend there are Samsara and Xtabi...they are both on the oceanside cliffs and have the best view, the people there are amazingly nice...I never had a problem with any of them. Best place in the world, if I could I would live there.

  2. I have been to two places in Aruba (forgot where) and to Negril, Jamaica twice.   Negril, Jamaica wins BY FAR!

  3. Well out of those two, Jamaica. But the best place EVER would have to be St.Lucia, In the Caribbean, Staying at WindJammer resorts. You could ask for a hot dog a mile down the beach and they'll bring it to you. You can fish, snorkel and watch dolphins. It's so much fun!!!

  4. Both are beautiful--kinda depends on what kind of vacation you are looking for.  read the reviews heres some info in Aruba  http://redhotescapes.com/index.php?pageI...

Aruba is more expensive and a good place for honeymooners but its gorgeous Jamaica is gorgeous too with lots to do http://www.res99.com/nexres/activities/d...

Good luck with that tough decision

  5. go to Negril, Jamaica and stay on the cliffs.  mark my words, you will not regret it!  it's amazing.

  6. go 2 jamaica.......much better than aruba nuff said....

neways jamaica is affordable and has more all inclusive hotels as in u can eat all u want and dont have 2 pay for it.. i reccomend sandals or beaches negril   beaches -family

    sandals- adults both in negril

  7. jamaica definatly or hawaii ,          i would recomend hawaii it is amazing plus if you like to swim the waves are amazing

  8. Go to Jamiaca and especially Montego Bay its beautiful and you should go and stay at a sandals resort they are beautiful. I'm going back in two months and this will be my second time going to Mobay. there is no doubt that you should go to Jamaica.

  9. aruba.....

  10. Jamaica is bigger and offers lots more to do and see. Aruba is very desolate, besides the beach it doesn't offer much.

  11. Jamaica so much better

  12. My spouse and I honeymooned in Aruba for 10 days in mid-August. It was absolutely wonderful. The weather was excellent - not hot, occasional daily wind gusts, sunny every day, no rain, or clouds for that matter.

August is also a great time to visit because it is considered the off-season for Caribbean islands because of the hurricane season. However, Aruba is below the hurricane line and is not affected by the seasonal hurricanes that affect the more northern and eastern Caribbean islands. Since it is the off-season, the beaches and restaurants are not crowded and the costs of airfare should be lower. Jamaica is at highest risk of being hit by a hurricane between June through November.

In Arube, we stayed at the Radisson in Palm Beach. I would recommend a room in the high tower. We walked to the other major hotels to take a look at their properties, and decided that we made the right choice to stay at the Radisson. It has two great pools, clean cabanas on the beach, a casino, and lots of restaurants on-site and within walking distance. I recommed renting a 4x4 to explore the southern tip of the island where the rocky beaches and desert are located. Have fun!

  13. Jamaica. There you can have a resort experience or a local experience or both. Aruba is very touristy.

  14. jamaica its way more fun

  15. jamaica

  16. Jamaica Jamaicaaa!

Make sure u visit YS falls.

  17. I think that Jamaica Has better scenery, but if you are interested in good beaches, you can't go wrong either way. I've always been a little weary of jamaica though just because there is so much widespread ignorance there. I would think if you stayed to the rural scenic areas of Jamaica though, you would enjoy it much more than aruba
