Singapore. Definitely not Malaysia which is ruled by Islamists. They will flog you and shave your head if you dont fast during their holy month called Ramadhan

for what purpose? trading, it's better in Singapore or Malaysia.  for invest, it's better in Indonesia, Thailand or Vietnam.
