  1. It sounds to me like the video card is bad.  I'm sure you probably already checked to make sure that the able is connected securely to the computer.  Is the light on the monitor amber or green?  If it is amber and the power light on the computer tower is on, then the monitor isn't getting a signal from the computer.  If you have another monitor, you can try it. If not, then it would be more cost effective to purchase a cheap video card to try first.

  2. Fans running at high speed indicate that the internal temperature is very high. If ti is in a confined space, move it away from objects so it can have proper air flow. Also, are the vents clogged, or is there dust all over the inside? If so, clean it out with a can of air and maybe a vacuum.

As for the monitor, is there a picture right when the PC turns on? If so then the video driver is bad.

--To fix a video driver pres f8 several times at start up. when the menu comes up select "safe mode with networking". Once in windows download your video driver again and reinstall it.

--If there is NO picture at all, then check the monitor cords. The power might be unplugged, or the monitor could be loose or even broken.

  3. its broken

  4. lol @ it's broken.

However, with the info given that's just about as close to a good answer as you'll get.

If you can provide some answers to the following questions I may be able to help:

    1. Does it make any beeping sounds when you turn it on? If so, check here to see what they mean: http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm

    2. Have you recently changed any software and/or hardware on the computer?

    3. Does it sound and/or look like anything else is starting up, such as the hard disk and CD/DVD Drives?

    4. (First thing tech support people would ask you) Is your monitor plugged into both the computer and the wall outlet?
