My fantails fin has fused into 1???

Question

i have 2 fantails and a blackmoore . all only a few months old. they appear happy and healthy but one of the fantails has changed! its colour is good no loss of scales, fins are in good condition but its fantail seems to have fused together? instead of 4 fins there are now 3 fins ( outer 2 still seperate but larger 2 seem to have fused into 1?? is this a problem. never seen this before!

this sounds actually absolutely normal and is nothing to worry about
