  1. You need to narrow down your offencive players by packaging them for better players.

    Like:::::Bruce+Quentin for Matt Holliday

    Then pick up a SP or closer off of the waiver wire to fill your empty roster spot.Streamline your offence with proven studs,

    and over power your opponents with ALOT of pitching.This is a proven winning strategy in fantasy baseball....(If your league has a playoff at the end of the year,you may even consider narrowing down your offence to having zero bench players.)

    ~Good Luck!~

  2. Bench Jay Bruce, he isn't a regular starter and you can't really rely on him yet.

  3. that's a scary set of OFs. i would bench bruce. he's unproven and has been slumping for the last few months other than that multihomer game he had a few days ago.

  4. Listen to me... Bottom Line... Here is the trick to fantasy baseball...

    First Start these guys, Granderson, Hamilton, Quentin!! Thats 3!!

    ALWAYS START NATE!

    Bruce bats .348 at home, with 5 homers, 12 RBI's

    Bruce bats .234 away with 1 homer

    Fukudome bats .373 at home with 5 homers and 22 RBI's

    Fukudome bats .212 away with 1 homer and 12 RBI's

    Who ever is home start em, away bench em, if they both are home or away flip a coin.  Good Luck!

  5. This is an easy decision.  Bruce is the guy to bench until he proves that he can adjust faster to pitchers than pitchers can adjust to him.

    As far as the other guys go, you'd be crazy to bench Hamilton, Quentin and Fukudome because they are all producing like crazy.  McLouth has hit a rough patch, but he'll bounce back faster than Bruce (read:  more experience).  Granderson had been a disappointment up until a couple of weeks ago.  He's pulled his average up around .300, which is no small feat considering that he was killing the mendoza line for the first third of the season.

    If this were my team, I would drop Bruce all together and use that roster spot on another arm, probably someone that you could use for some more saves (Damaso Marte) or a streaking pitcher (Manny Parra).

    Those are some examples, but definitely scour the waiver wire for who has been hot over the last month so you can exploit some matchups.
