My father died - vehicle problem?

My father friend left the two wheeler to the service center. But when mother asked for the vehicle. The service center is asking death certificate, Fir, legal leir and No objection certificate from me and my sister. We are really fed up because who is he to ask those things. Just a service center and two wheeler belongs to my father. I dont what to do. tell me some suggestions.

He's actually doing the right thing.  You wouldn't want him to give your two wheeler to just anybody that comes in asking for it, would you?  Give him what he is asking for or have your lawyer do it on your behalf

Get a lawyer involved and make legal threats.  That usually changes people minds really quick.

You will need the death certificates and other documents anyway for many other purposes.  So, any way you are going to need these documents.  My suggestion would be then get those documents and be done with it.
