My father-in-law has feet swelling in the evening as well as he feels current running in his feet ?

In the morning the feets come to normal position.he has shown to many doctors but till date their is no relief .

is he on any meds? is he a diabetic? all these thing can contribute to his probs, avoid salt and prop feet up when he gets home in the evening, get some support socks to wear during the day to decrease swelling

Sounds like an edema occurring in his feet.  He may want to reconsider his diet.  Possibly increasing his potassium intake and taking it easy on sodium based foods/drinks.
