  1. Is your husband ok with what's going on  with his mother?  What is he doing about it?  Maybe your husband should set his father straight.

  2. It is not up to you it is up to your mother in law..and lets just hope your husband is nothing like him!

  3. you should tell your father in law how you feel and encourage your mother in law to share her feelings with her husband. And make sure you both tell him how you feel in a nice and mannered way. hope this helps.

  4. To be honest with you, it's really hard trying to change an old man, they're too set on their ways.  The best thing you can do is have you're husband try and convince him in a very nice way that what he's doing to your mother-in-law is wrong.  Other than that, there's not much you can do.  You shouldn't drive you're self crazy about something you can't change or do anything about.

  5. Do they live with you???  If they do, they shouldn't.

Either way,  you shouldn't DO ANYTHING!!!   This isn't your problem!!!  This is your mother-in-laws!!!  If she won't do anything about it, then that's that!!!

  6. OK so you're right. He's definately a jerk.

Not much you can do about it except not let it drive you crazy, now that's something that you have control of.

Him, & his poor wife.... no, can't control that. So just look after the stuf you can, & leave the rest of the world to itself.

  7. Give him some cheese. It'll go perfect with that wine.
