My father is a i-visa holder so he wants to takemy mom&sister to u.s.a. so what all documents do they require?

  1. Passports, a marriage certificate for your mom and a birth certficate for your sister.


  2. If your father has an I (Journalist) visa, his family can also get derivative I visas to live with him.  They will need to apply at the nearest US consulate, presenting proof of his visa plus proof that he will be able to support them in the US.

    If the family only wants to visit for a short time, they can apply for ordinary tourist visas, or use the Visa Waiver if they are citizens of a Visa Waiver country.
